• Formulates culturally appropriate evaluation designs and methodologies • Designs and executes process evaluations to examine program implementation addressing staffing patterns, participant profiles, participant dosage information and client satisfaction • Implements outcome evaluation methods to assess program impacts. This includes the application of survey data collection, qualitative studies and longitudinal cohort studies • Collaborates in the development of "user friendly" graphs, charts, tables, findings and informational reports to determine program effectiveness • Identifies exemplary and "best practices" program models using information and data gathered in the evaluation process • Implements Federal GPRA requirements across various health, mental health and substance abuse initiatives • Facilitates the development of agency policies, plans and initiatives for the reallocation of resources • Conducts performance based evaluations
